You may use Skyfence for lawful personal or business astronomy planning. You are responsible for surveys, notes, exports, and decisions made from the app's output.
Measurement limitations
Horizon and obstacle estimates can be affected by lighting, weather, camera visibility, AR tracking, magnetic interference, location accuracy, device orientation, depth range, reflective surfaces, motion, thermal pressure, incomplete coverage, and manual corrections. Verify important observations independently.
Safe field use
Remain aware of terrain, traffic, people, equipment, wildlife, weather, and property boundaries while rotating with the phone. Do not use Skyfence as a navigation, aviation, construction, property-boundary, emergency, or life-safety instrument.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Skyfence is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the app or its output.
App Store terms
When distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the listing states otherwise.
